What else can I tell you?

Well, after nearly 20 years of work and life experience, I am still surprised how easy it is to forget that we are all humans with good intentions. But for one reason or another often find ourselves quick to judge and in conflict situations. The more misunderstandings I read about in the news, experience in my community and witness at work, the more I find myself questioning when did we stop listening to each other and learning from each other. It seems so obvious to me that we can accomplish so much more if we work together than if we work against each other.

This theme has come up over and over again throughout my working adult life and regardless of the job or industry, I always found myself creating experiences to enhance our Human 2 Human interactions. To listen to what each had to offer, find ways to enhance how people worked together and encourage community growth and learning.

Pre-empted by an impending mid-life crisis followed by a bit of soul searching, it was clear that it was time for a change, time to branch out on my own. Enter e-squared!

I can’t change the world, but I can make an impact on a small and local scale and inspire those I work with to do the same.  I want to help you create more efficient and happy communities that approach problem solving more creatively.  No matter if it is an existing team at work, a new one, strengthening small business communities within towns, creating thriving coworking spaces and much, much more. The possibilities are endless.
